PRESS RELEASE
Ter Beke proposes Willy Delvaux as independent director
Waarschoot, 18 May 2005.
The board of directors of the fresh food group Ter
Beke, producer of chilled Mediterranean ready meals and processed meats, shall
propose to the General Meeting of 26 May 2005 the appointment of Willy Delvaux
as independent director for a period of three years.
Willy Delvaux (53), until recently General Manager of Procter & Gamble België-Nederland and currently holding worldwide responsibility for the transition within P&G of the Wella acquisition, is to be proposed by Ter Beke's board of directors as independent director for a period of three years.
