Message to the shareholders
Dividend payment



The General Meeting of Shareholders of 26 May 2005 has decided to distribute a net dividend of 1.50 EUR per share entitled to dividend.
The dividend is payable from 15 June 2005 onwards on presentation of coupon n° 17 at Fortis Bank, KBC, ING and Petercam NV.
