Message to the shareholders
Dividend payment



The General Meeting of Shareholders of 24 May 2006 has decided to distribute a net dividend of 1.575 EUR per share entitled to dividend.
The dividend is payable from 15 June 2006 onwards on presentation of coupon n° 18 at Fortis Bank, KBC, ING, Bank Degroof and Petercam.
