Message to the shareholders
Dividend payment
The General Meeting of Shareholders of 28 May
2009 has decided to distribute a net dividend of 1.575 EUR per share entitled
to dividend.
The dividend is payable from 15 June 2009 onwards
on presentation of coupon n° 21 at Fortis Bank, KBC, ING, Bank Degroof
and Petercam.
